Banglaword was discontinued long time back. There might be still few places where you can get itl. However, I recommend using :SHABDIK. this is a FREE bengali typing software now. It used to cose 10 USD few years back. You can download the latest version at

The best feature in Shabdik is “DICTIONARY” support. An awesome feature that none other Bengali typing software has.
